Instructing on this service requires you to read and accept the Terms and Conditions shown below. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions completes the quoting process. Non-acceptance of these Terms and Conditions will not allow the site to be uploaded.

www.planningapplication.com is a portal, or gateway, to the planning services which can be offered by local councils, planning agents, developers, Engineers or Architects.
The Site is operated by Geomatic Engineering Limited, a private company not linked in any way to government bodies or agencies.

Geomatic Engineering Limited (GEL) operates the website and provides technical support to its clients. Access by members of the public is granted, but technical support is not.
The information contained on the Site is for information purposes only. Geomatic Engineering Limited does not hold itself out as providing planning, design or other advice via the Site. 

Data Protection and Privacy Policies 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information gathered from you in connection with your use of the Site or any Local Site will be maintained in accordance with the applicable privacy policies disclosed for the Site or any of the Local Sites.

Do not use ordinary e-mail to communicate personal or confidential information to us. Use the secure server available at your Local Site. Ordinary e-mail messages sent over the Internet may be intercepted, lost or altered. We are not responsible for them and will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages in connection with any messages sent by you to us using ordinary e-mail.

You may not use the Site or any Local Site for any purpose which is unlawful, abusive, libelous, obscene or threatening.

Request for additional services

Upon request for an additional service to that listed in a quotation, an agreement in writing will be in place prior to commencement at a fixed sum, to be agreed, or hourly rate.

Payment period

Full payment of an invoice to be paid within (30) days of that invoice date.

Interest on Late Payment

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed terms

Notification of Queries and Complaints

Notification of queries and/or complaints must be notified to Geomatic Engineering Limited verbally or in writing within seven (7) days of publication of the model and/or invoice: whichever is the latter 

Retention of Title

Title to the invoiced model will only pass to the buyer/customer when full payment of the invoice is received by the supplier

Governing Law

In the event of a default of this agreement, these terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by English law

Quotations, terms and conditions can be accepted by a written instruction to proceed, either by email, fax or letter.
